Kayleen is the HR Director and Billing Specialist of Second Nature and has worked in the wilderness therapy industry for over 13 years. Kayleen is a leader in Human Resources and earned her Professional Human Resource Certification in 2016. She believes in creating a good work-life balance, ensuring staff are motivated and trained, to ensure safety and the best experience for our clients.
She has six children of her own and two grandchildren. She loves the outdoors and watching her children play sports.
